What are points?
Points is a cashback system within our app.
1 point = 0.01 USD
How do I get them?
For purchases, we award points in the amount of up to 5% of the cost of goods as cashback. Points will be awarded 2 hours after placing the order, when it changes to “Approved” status. Please note that not all products have cashback.
How can I see how many points I have?
Information about points, their amount and accrual history can be found in your profile. To access this, click on the "N points" box under your name.
How do I use them?
Points can be used when making a purchase and will appear as an option among the payment methods at checkout. You can read more here: How to pay with points?
Which products can I purchase with points?
All of them! You can use points to pay up to 100% of the cost of the product. They can be combined either with coupons or with the “Special Price” promotion.
Do I get to keep my points forever?
Point expiration dates may vary. Points awarded for purchases expire after 14 days. All others - 180 days from the date of their accrual.
I can't spend my points!
If the terms and conditions of the platform are violated, the ability to place orders is suspended. If you think this is not the case, please write to our support team and attach a screenshot of the checkout page, and we will see what went wrong.
Please note
- It is not possible to receive and pay with points on the Zigass website.
